konnect’s unlimited packages give you free access to the Internet, with no data threshold. If a large number of customers are using the service at the same time, the speed may be adjusted, but each month you receive a prioritised amount of data, which varies depending on the deal you have chosen. This amount of data is protected against any adjustment, even if there is a lot of traffic.
Your account will be activated once your equipment has been installed by a professional. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange an installation date after we have processed your order. This installation date is generally in 5 to 14 days.
konnect offers packages with different connection speeds, so you can choose a deal that suits your required number of users and level of usage. If you have a lot of users and are frequently streaming content, opt for a subscription package with a higher speed for optimal performance.
